Other Ways to Give

Honor a Caregiver or Loved One

Honor a special doctor, nurse, radiation therapist, social worker, receptionist or any member of Pluta’s team. We will notify that team member, if you wish.

Or make a donation in honor or memory of a loved one, friend, or co-worker—celebrating their life or acknowledging their achievements. Make a gift or contact Steve Esposito, Development Manager, at (585) 486-0607 or steve_esposito@urmc.rochester.edu.

Gifts of Stock

Donating stock is a convenient way to support the Foundation, and may also provide tax advantages. Donating appreciated stock directly means you can maximize the value of your donation. We are happy to work with your financial advisor to facilitate the transfer of stock. Amazon Wishlist

The Foundation gives patients a Comfort Bag when they begin chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Each bag contains a variety of items selected to address side effects and provide comfort during treatment.

We are often in need of items such as hand lotion, lap balm, activity books, eye pillows, and ginger candies. Items purchased from Pluta Cancer Foundation’s wish list will ship directly to us and support our Patient Comfort Programs.
